About this training

ACCEPT MSA is SINMETRO's solution for digitalising Measurement System Analysis and measurement equipment management. It replaces disconnected spreadsheets with a centralised platform for equipment management, scheduling, alerts and MSA analysis.

This training focuses on using ACCEPT MSA confidently in day-to-day operations, from configuring the platform and managing measurement equipment to scheduling activities and interpreting calibration, verification and R&R results. The training combines practical exercises with real industrial examples carried out directly in ACCEPT MSA.

It is suitable for organisations managing balances, sensors, callipers, alveographs and other measuring equipment across one or multiple sites.

Participants will gain a structured understanding of the implementation roadmap and learn how to configure the platform, manage measurement equipment and register different types of MSA studies.
TOPICS COVERED
  • MSA concepts and definitions
  • Benefits of digitalising measurement system management
  • ACCEPT MSA implementation roadmap
  • System configuration: characteristics, units, locations, gage types and entities
  • Creating and managing measurement equipment records
  • Registering MSA activities, including calibrations, verifications and R&R studies
  • Scheduling activities, automatic reminders and management dashboards (equipment, MSA activities, costs and outstanding tasks)
  • Practical case study: Managing measurement equipment in ACCEPT MSA
MODULE 2
ACCEPT MSA: Results Interpretation
Analysis, interpretation & decision-making
Learn how to analyse and interpret the results generated by ACCEPT MSA to support reliable Quality Control decisions and improve measurement system performance.
TOPICS COVERED
  • Measurement System Analysis fundamentals
  • Interpreting calibration results, including linearity and bias
  • Analysing equipment degradation over time using bias and uncertainty
  • Variable R&R studies using the ACCEPT Xbar-R algorithm: setup, measurements and interpretation
  • Attribute R&R studies for binary, nominal and ordinal data using Cohen’s Kappa and Kendall’s coefficient
  • Practical case studies

E-learning Lessons

A library of short, guided lessons recorded directly in the ACCEPT MSA application is currently in production. Each lesson will include screen recordings with step-by-step explanations of key features, workflows and everyday tasks, so you can learn at your own pace and revisit topics whenever you need.

The outline below shows the modules being recorded. In the meantime, live instructor-led training covers the same ground, arranged around your team and your data.
